Represent first time DUI offenders for admission to the ARD program:
First and for most, we guide you through the program. Being your first and hopefully last experience with the Criminal Justice system, you will need an experienced guide. We know the program and how to get you in!

Represent DUI offenders with guilty pleas:
Only an expert in the field can navigate the complicated DUI law as it exists now with different tiers, mandatory minimums and license suspensions. The difference of .01 could mean the difference between 90 days and one year in jail.

Represent DUI offenders in litigation:
The trial of a DUI requires special skills in addition to those required for other criminal cases. We have conducted hundreds of DUI motions, preliminary hearings and trials.

Represent persons charged with driving under suspension, DUI related:
This charge carries a mandatory minimum sentence of between 60 and 90 days in jail. If anyone can make one go away, we can!

Less serious motor vehicle violations:
No one should pay any motor vehicle citation without contacting us first. They may not all need the services of an attorney, but it is important to know which ones will result in points or license suspension.

License restoration:
Not too many lawyers know how to read a driving record much less do anything to help you get your license restored. No matter how hopeless it may seem we probably can save you time if not get you restored immediately.

Criminal representation:
Although our primary focus is on DUI, we have close to 50 years of experience in every type of criminal case from first degree murder to possession of a small amount of marijuana.

Chemical Test Refusal:
No law firm litigates and wins more chemical test refusal appeals than we do. The rules for these appeals are different from the criminal case that goes with the refusal. If you refused the test there is only a thirty day appeal from the date of notice.
